All credit card information you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. You will know you are in an encrypted area when you see a closed lock when using Microsoft Internet Explorer or a solid key when using Netscape Navigator. Shipping & Delivery
All orders containing alcoholic beverages are shipped out from licensed facilities. Because of the "three-tier" system (producer, wholesaler, retailer) through which most alcoholic products must pass in the United States, distribution and shipping of alcoholic products can be quite complicated. SakéOne's shipping charges are based on standard rates available through Fedex.
Orders for saké products generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days of the order to states that permit direct shipment (reciprocal states). UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
All non-alcoholic products such as saké accessories, teas, glassware, etc., are generally shipped out the next business day. Please allow from 7 to 10 days for delivery. SakéOne sakés are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of sakés. By placing and order with your credit card or check, you authorize SakéOne to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order. Sakés may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old and, in placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age, and also that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
We cannot ship saké products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we cannot ship saké products outside of the United States.
Due to individual state laws, we can currently ship saké products to the following states ONLY. If your state is not listed here, please encourage your state to change its laws.
