Profile: Bold, rich, full fruit and earthy flavor tones with hints of ripe melon, pear, plum, cinnamon and cardammom.
Enjoyment: Wonderful on its own or on the rocks. Pairs well with beef, barbecue, thai cuisine, pizza, hamburgers, tuna, rich and funky cheese.
