On the nose you’ll find complex aromas of rich, dense anise, cedar, subtle mint and earth notes like dark forest moss and sun warmed fallen leaves. Clean and crisp with subtle fruit nuances. Bought for our anniversary celebration instead of champagne. We enjoyed this sake very much.
