Hakutsuru's Excellent Junmai sake has been brewed using a 250 year old traditional method. The result is a well-matured, full-bodied taste with a delicate earthiness. This sake can be served slight warmed, room temperature or chilled.
Enjoyment: Grilled portabella mushrooms, hot pot dishes and fried tofu.

A little earthy, a little choclatey. Entirely delicious.
