Kasumi Tsuru - Yamahai Tokubetsu 720ml
A deeply aromatic saké with notes of warm toasted nuts, rice porridge and chocolate malt. Rich and intriguing, hints of grape whisk past before giving way to pepper and wood. Excellent served lightly chilled or room temperature to help develop a richer body.
Enjoyment: Fried Calamari with sweet soy sauce, olive tapenade on grilled bread and juicy steak topped with bright chimichurri sauce all work well with this excellent saké.
