Balance is a delicate practice exhibited in Momokawa Diamond, our top selling saké for many years. Diamond offers a perfect starting point to explore Momokawa as it is neither dry or fruity, it is balanced and offers harmony of flavor developed in our kura from the knowledge shared with us by our teachers in Aomori and Niigata Prefectures.

Profile: Integrated layers of earthy minerals and complex fruit notes allow your taste buds to explore the diversity of saké while remaining focused on the glass in hand.

Enjoyment: The balance makes Diamond easy to pair with a range of foods from from chicken in a creamy sauce with asparagus  or chilled kimchee and soba salad to tuna poke, sea clams or even a gooey chocolate & coconut tart.

Before Diamond, I hated sake. It was too astringent and felt like an assault on my senses. Diamond feels like liquid sunshine and tastes clean and balanced. I shared a bottle with a friend who also disliked sake. Until he tried Diamond.

I love cold sake and Wandering Poet is my favorite but it is very expensive...Then I found Diamond! It has the best taste and it is only 13$ at the store. I am happy with the quality and taste. I will be purchasing again soon!

I love this sake. It is an excellent value and all of my friends are now hooked. I have it with curry rice on a regular basis.

Very nice light fruity nose, complex flavors with definite mineral notes, nice finish. This is a very nice drinkable sake, best chilled. Great price point.

This was on the menu of a local sushi joint, and I tried some for the first time tonight. I really liked how 'restrained' it tasted. It was very cool, no alcoholic 'fumes' or anything, very gentle on the tongue and on the nose.

One of the best sake I have ever taste and it give a run for their money on many premium sake that cost 4-5 times as much.. the silver is just as good if you are looking for a more fruity taste..
