It takes more work to brew a USDA certified sake, but the results are well worth it. Lush layers of bright, honeyed fruit flavors are suspended in a rich and buttery mouthfeel. Its perfect balance of flavors and texture make it a great transition for wine drinkers who want to try something a little different.
Enjoyment: Anything you would have with a chardonnay works here. Vibrant walnut pesto and penne, chicken topped with a brown mustard sauce or even old school Japanese street foods like okonomiyaki and tako-yaki are delicious.
