It takes more work to brew a USDA certified sake, but the results are worth it. Silky layers of flavors like custard, almond and coconut are partnered with the rich and decadent mouthfeel that make nigori styles so loveable. Not only is it an ode to historic roughly filtered saké, but it’s blazing the trails as the first USDA certified nigori produced in the US.
Enjoyment: Chill and serve with spicy foods, chocolate and rich barbecue or simply on its own as a organically decadent treat.

Floral on the nose and fruity on the tongue with a bold sweetness up front that lingers on the palette long after you've finished.
Probably favorite from the entire Momokawa line.
