America's Favorite Nigori
Creamy Nigori saké, Momokawa Pearl is one of our brews that makes us smile really big. It's unexpected, undiluted, minimally pressed to retain hearty rice flavors and its one we were told would never be popular because "no one drinks nigori." More than fourteen years later its our most popular saké and one that we must take to festivals and tastings everywhere we go.
Profile: Rich, creamy and loaded with layers of coconut, banana, anise and creamy sweet rice flavors. A great sipper with spicy Thai cuisine, hearty barbecue (especially if spicy), chocolate treats or as a mixer in decadent cocktails.
Enjoyment: Chill and serve with spicy foods, chocolate and rich barbecue or simply on its own as a rich decadent treat.
