Not too sweet, just the right amount of raspberry. Slightly dry sake, not syrupy. Lingering raspberry aftertaste. I loved it, and look forward to trying all the Moonstone sake' flavors :).

I've been drinking this sake from the time it reached the shelves in stores in oregon, and it is the best for "Saketinis" made with gin or Vodka! My favorite is a Vodka Saketini made with moonstone raspberry and raspberry infused Vodkas.
