One of the most amazing sake we have ever imported. A super premium expression of Niigata's finest brews, Yoshinogawa rests this Daiginjo 3 years in stainless steel tanks at -5 Celsius to allow subtle evolution of body and flavor but retain much of its original aroma and character.
Profile: Elegantly full-bodied wtih lush tropical fruits, layered herbal aromas and dynamic spice notes that linger through to the finish. This is a sake to enjoy slow and with intent on gaining all aspects of what it offers.
Enjoyment: Chilled but not too much so to allow the aroma to waft elegantly and the flavors to express their full character. This one may cry out to be sipped from an ochokko simply for a bit of style and tradition, but don't be shy to sip from your favorite glass and simply enjoy.
