Classic, extra-dry style from Niigata Prefecture and our friends at Yoshinogawa. This lovely crisp brew is an exceptional sake to explore whether you are a novice or enthusiast. This is one we recommend sipping either chilled or warm.
Profile: Clean and crisp with integrated notes drawn directly from the Niigata climate. Lush mountain water notes, earthy moss and minerally stones all softened with with lush forest tones of moss and subtle orchard fruits.
Enjoyment: The brewer crafts this sake with the intent it will be sipped warm when the cold of winter over takes us. Heat gently, to about 114 degrees F and serve in classic ochokkos (little cups) or go ahead and chill it for the warmer months of the year. Either way it is a delicious brew.
